Meet Lynn Markel, Esq.

Born in Israel and raised on Long Island, NY, Lynn Markel has always had a passion for real estate.  

Prior to founding Markel Law, Lynn spent several years working at some of NYC’s prominent law firms honing her legal skills as counsel to both private and institutional clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Lynn has worked on numerous transactions, ranging from $200,000 to $57,000,000. Having represented a diverse cliental consisting of developers, savvy investors, and first time home buyers, Lynn tailors each transaction specifically to each client she is working with. Being a millennial, Lynn values the importance of an open and direct communication at all stages of the transaction.

Lynn currently lives in the flatiron district of NYC and is an active member of the real estate community. She frequently lectures at brokerage firms and lending branches across Manhattan on various real estate topics.
